PASSPORT REQUIRED

A valid passport is required to attend Chairman’s Council. Please provide your passport details by April 1st.

AIR TRAVEL
Air travel arrangements will be booked for you and your guest based on the information provided on the registration form. Air travel accommodations for you and your guest are compliments of RaceTrac. 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Ground transportation will be provided for you in Cancun based on your booked flight itinerary. 

PRE-TRIP TRAVEL PACKET

In April, you will receive a packet from your DHR including your confirmed air and ground transportation information, along with your Chairman's Council luggage tags.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES

RaceTrac will reimburse fees for the first checked bag for both you and your guest. Depending on your airline frequent flier status and/or weight of your bag, you may be subject to the following fees for your 1st checked bag. Fees for any additional bags will not be reimbursed.

 

American Airlines: $30 for 1st checked bag

Delta Airlines:  $30 for 1st checked bag

United Airlines:  $35 for 1st checked bag

JetBlue: $35 for 1st checked bag
